Travel information

In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit of at least 25 % (= the total amount of your stay) of the total travel price. 

Please transfer this amount to the following account, stating the date of travel and your name:

You can pay the balance conveniently on site in cash, by EC card or credit card. Please note that we do not accept AMEX (American Express).

We adhere to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 (in german). 

This means for you:

• up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation 
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 50 % of the total price 
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price 
• in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total price 
• in case of no-show and/or early departure and/or late arrival, 90 % of the total price will be charged

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung to avoid any possible inconvenience. You can find further information and insurance options directly on our website or by contacting us.

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know by telephone.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.

Late check-out:
If available, we offer a late check-out:

• up to 11 a.m.: € 30
• up to 2:00 p.m.: € 40
• up to 4:00 p.m.: € 60
• from 6:00 p.m.: The regular overnight price will be charged for an additional night.

€ 20,- per dog and day (without food).
