Fresh, regional cooking in Forstau,

In our traditional inn, we focus on offering our guests freshness. In fact, every single day we bring creative, freshly prepared dishes to your table.
And because short distances as well as regional ingredients are a priority for us, our menu varies according to the season. For even greater culinary variety, in addition to our Austrian cooking we also serve Mediterranean dishes in our restaurant here in Salzburger Land.

We are happy to take into consideration allergies, we ask you to make it known when booking.

On Tuesday our restaurant is closed. The house guests with booked half board are of course excluded from this and will be served a fresh dish as usual.

We ask our external guests to make an evening reservation so that we can offer you a suitable place in our restaurant.

In winter our restaurant is open all day.

Pizza – also to go For everyone who loves this Italian classic, we are happy to bake delicious pizzas, small, big and also to go. Made in-house and legendary ...:-)

Raise your glass… As the perfect accompaniment to your meal, we are happy to serve you wines from Austria personally selected on your behalf by our sommelière and junior owner, Patricia.

All of our cakes, tortes and pastries are homemade – and irresistible, according to our guests ;)
Relax in the café or on our garden terrace and enjoy the healthy mountain air of Salzburg – while your children have fun in the petting zoo or on the playground. We will treat you to all kinds of homemade confections. Along with coffee, tea, refreshing fruit juices or pure drinking water – from high up in the mountains – a true treat for body and soul.
