Revocation Right

You have the right, within 14 days and without having to provide reasons, to revoke this contract.
The revocation period extends for 14 days from the day you or an appointed third-party, who is not the purveyor, took possession of the goods in question.

(for example by means of a letter sent in the regular mail, fax or e-mail message) notifying us unambiguously of your decision to revoke the contract. In order to do so, you may make use of this sample revocation form, though this is not prescribed.
In order to comply with the revocation deadline, it suffices that you send notification of your decision to exercise your revocation right prior to the revocation deadline.

If you revoke this contract, we shall be required to reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges resulting from your decision to select a different form of delivery than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), and to do so without delay and within no later than fourteen days after the day your revocation notice was received by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method chosen by you in your original transaction, other than if we have expressly stipulated with you something different. In the latter instance, you will be charged an additional fee for this form of repayment.
We can deny reimbursement until we have received the returnable item, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the item, whichever event is earlier.

Gift certificates which do not meet your expectations are to be returned to us in the original packaging without delay and by no later than 14 days after you have notified of us of your intent to rescind the contract.

You have met the deadline if the item has been sent within the fourteen-day period.
You will bear all costs associated with return of the gift certificate.
